This 75-foot by 28-foot boathouse, built in 2017 by Lynnwood Marina, provides substantial covered moorage on a dedicated water lot. The structure features 2x6 painted timber framing with galvanized steel exterior cladding, offering durable protection from the elements. Entry clearance measures 24 feet 6 inches high and 17 feet 10 inches wide, expandable to 18 feet 10 inches with door rollers removed, accommodating larger vessels.

The boathouse is equipped with multiple 8-foot double-tube fluorescent fixtures for comprehensive interior lighting and 30-amp shore power with the option to upgrade to 50 amps. Eight heavy-duty 14-inch mooring cleats provide secure holding points. Both power-operated and manual entry curtains allow weather-protected access and vessel protection.

Freshwater moorage prevents mussel growth buildup common in saltwater locations, reducing maintenance and associated fuel costs. The boathouse combines straightforward functionality with robust construction, suitable for long-term vessel storage, maintenance, or working on projects.
