2017 Lagoon 380 S2

The 2017 Lagoon 380 S2 is a fiberglass catamaran offering four cabins and two heads across a 37.9-foot hull with a 21.4-foot beam. Twin Yanmar diesel engines producing 57.94 horsepower each provide propulsion. The boat carries a full cruising inventory including a 2.9-meter Hypalon dinghy with a 9.8-horsepower Tohatsu outboard and a Plastimo 8-person liferaft certified in November 2025.

Significant upgrades completed in 2022 and ongoing include a composite cockpit roof with sliding helm hatch, teak flooring throughout the salon and cockpit, and a full electric refit featuring lithium batteries and 600-watt solar panels mounted above the dinghy davits. Sailing equipment includes an electric windlass, automatic winch, new Dynema mainsail halyard, updated genoa and running rigging, a furling system for the gennaker, and a Grainville gennaker. A new Genoa was installed in January 2026, and anti-fouling was completed the same month. Navigation and instrumentation comprise a full set of Raymarine B&G instruments.

The lithium battery system maintains strong charge levels overnight and recharges quickly throughout the day, supporting long-term cruising independence. The boat's wide beam and four-cabin layout offer generous space and accommodation suitable for extended voyages with family.
