2017 Lagoon 450

This 2017 Lagoon 450F is a fiberglass catamaran built for extended cruising and comfortable living aboard. At 45 feet long with a 26-foot beam, the four-cabin layout provides substantial accommodation for families or cruising couples seeking space and separation. Twin Yanmar 57-horsepower engines with saildrives power the boat efficiently.

The yacht has undergone extensive upgrades focused on energy independence and reliability. A 3,700-watt solar array paired with 1,450 amp-hour Epoch lithium batteries and a Victron power management system with Cerbo GX monitoring form the core electrical infrastructure. A Seawater Pro watermaker handles freshwater production, while new Isotherm refrigeration serves the galley. Navigation is supported by a new B&G VHF radio, with safety equipment including an EPIRB and life raft.

Structural and mechanical work completed recently includes new saildrive legs, a replaced compression post, reinforced dinghy davits, and a Lagoon-certified bulkhead reinforcement. The bottom received a Coppercoat application. Exterior features include a new 12-by-12 hardtop and lower enclosure, with gelcoat refinishing and polishing completed on the hulls.
