The 2017 Lagoon 52 F is a catamaran built on the popular 52F platform, known for its spacious proportions and practical layout. This example has been customized with thoughtful modifications by previous owners, creating a unique configuration. The starboard hull is arranged as a private owner's suite with an en-suite bathroom featuring separate toilet, shower, and double sinks. The port hull accommodates two guest cabins, while a functional workshop or fourth cabin is positioned amidships, complete with large refrigerator-freezer and storage for extended cruising preparation.

The yacht is rigged with a mainsail, electric furler for the genoa, and hydraulic-controlled Code Zero and Gennaker systems, supported by a Petitjean furling boom. Twin YANMAR diesel engines of 160 hp each provide propulsion, and the boat is fitted with an extensive suite of systems including two LS autopilots, approximately 2800W of solar panels, air conditioning, two watermakers, dual 3.5kW inverters plus an additional 2kW inverter, and a bow thruster for docking assistance.

The current owner has maintained the yacht since 2022 with a focus on operational readiness. The mast and rigging underwent a complete professional survey and were prepared for the 2026 season by a shipyard.
