The 2017 Leopard 51 Powercat is a fiberglass catamaran designed for comfortable cruising with minimal fuel consumption. Twin 700-horsepower Yammer diesel engines provide reliable propulsion, complemented by a generator and air conditioning system. The 51-foot hull spans nearly 25 feet across the beam, creating a stable and spacious platform.
The layout prioritizes open living with a large forward cockpit, an expansive flybridge, and aft cockpit areas, all connected by an ergonomic design that facilitates easy movement throughout the boat. The saloon is generously proportioned and opens to a galley equipped with modern appliances. The accommodation plan includes four cabins, each with en-suite heads, providing five total bathrooms across the yacht.
This catamaran sustained hurricane damage and was subsequently repaired according to the builder's guidelines. The repairs have been completed, and photographs document the boat's current condition following this work.
