2017 Nitro Z17

The 2017 Nitro Z17 is a compact fiberglass bay boat built around the NVT hull design, which combines a Rapid Planing System with a unitized construction, foam-filled stringers, and deck for durability and flotation. Powered by a single 115-horsepower Mercury outboard, the boat measures 17 feet 4 inches in length with a 7-foot 6-inch beam, making it manageable for storage while remaining spacious for day trips.

The bow offers a 32-square-foot deck with a 62-quart insulated cooler and dedicated rod storage: oversized lockable lockers on the port and starboard sides accommodate rods up to 7 feet, while a center bow locker holds up to four rods at 7 feet 6 inches. Both port and starboard rod storage include lift assists. Additional features include a partner rod ramp with rod handle organizer and rod holder strap, tackle storage throughout, and console space for mounting flush-mount 12-inch fishfinders.

The aft section houses a 23-gallon Guardian aerated livewell with timer and divided compartments for bait management. Interior seating draws design cues from NASCAR, blending comfort with function. The boat comes factory-rigged with a Minn Kota trolling motor and a custom-fit trailer equipped with GALVASHIELD corrosion protection.
