2017 Nitro Z17

The 2017 Nitro Z17 is a 17-foot fiberglass bay boat built for anglers of all skill levels, from casual weekend fishermen to serious competitors. The boat features Nitro's NVT hull with Rapid Planing System, designed for efficient performance and smooth operation. Its foam-filled stringer system and unitized construction provide durability and flotation. A single Mercury 115 hp gasoline engine powers the boat.

The layout prioritizes fishing functionality throughout. The 32-square-foot bow deck includes a 62-quart insulated cooler and removable trash bin for convenience. Oversized lockable rod lockers flank the bow with lift assists and can accommodate rods up to 7 feet, while the center bow storage holds up to four rods at 7 feet 6 inches with its own lift assist and organizer. The console and bow have space for flush-mount 12-inch fishfinders.

The aft section houses a 23-gallon Guardian aerated livewell with timer and divided wells, plus a partner rod ramp with rod handle organizer and holder strap. Roomy tackle storage is built throughout. Seating incorporates a NASCAR-inspired design.

The boat comes factory rigged with a Minn Kota trolling motor and a custom-fit trailer equipped with GALVASHIELD corrosion protection.
