2018 Back Cove 32

This 2018 Back Cove 32 is a downeast-style express cruiser built to exacting standards. The single-diesel configuration pairs a Volvo 435-horsepower electronic diesel with speeds reaching 28 knots and a 24-knot cruising pace. The fiberglass hull is finished in Flag Blue Awlgrip with ceramic protection on the topsides and exterior gel coat, lending it a purposeful appearance backed by real durability.

The layout centers on a single cabin with one head and a convertible dinette opposite the helm, arranged across a single-level cockpit and pilothouse. Access to the engine room is straightforward via an electric opening hatch. Notable equipment includes bow and stern thrusters, a 7.5 kW Onan-Cummins genset, a QUICK electric anchor windlass, a Zipwake automatic trim tab system, and a two-zone reverse-cycle air conditioning setup. A hardtop tops the helm area, while sliding side windows, overhead hatches, and a front-opening windshield panel provide ventilation and visibility. A stand-alone shower compartment serves the cabin, and a centerline transom door eases boarding.

The electronics package includes Garmin navigation with AIS, digital HD radar, autopilot, a FLIR 232 night vision camera, and a Bluetooth stereo. The SURESHADE electric cockpit awning retracts for weather protection.

The boat has been maintained by The Hinckley Company under the current ownership and has seen seasonal use, initially in New England and more recently from Safe Harbor Burnt Store Marina in Punta Gorda, Florida. The yacht has received indoor storage when not in use, with all maintenance records current.
