2018 Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40

This 2018 Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40 catamaran is a three-cabin owner's version built in fiberglass. Twin Volvo diesel engines of 166 horsepower each provide the power plant. The yacht spans 38 feet in length with a 21.58-foot beam, giving it the characteristic stability and interior space of a modern catamaran design.

The accommodation layout centers on a full-beam owner's stateroom to starboard, featuring a double berth, office space, and an ensuite bathroom with separate shower. Two guest cabins to port each have their own bathroom with toilet and shower. This arrangement supports comfortable cruising for a family or small crew.

The boat is equipped for extended offshore and cruising passage-making. Equipment includes a water maker, Webasto heating system, air conditioning, and solar panels. The catamaran has been sailed primarily by single-handed or family crews rather than chartered. In May 2025, the hull received a fresh antifouling application and was polished.
