The Excess 12 is a 2023 catamaran built in fiberglass, measuring 38 feet in length with a 22-foot beam. Powered by twin Yanmar diesel engines producing 90 horsepower each, the boat combines cruising comfort with modern sailing capability. The design features a Pulse line hull decoration, full-batten square-top mainsail, and self-tacking roll jib, with pre-installation for a Code 0 and bowsprit system, making it well-equipped for varied wind conditions.
The interior layout includes a double berth in the saloon, aft cabin with windows and curtain, and galley with portside window. Accommodations feature indirect saloon lighting, additional saloon lights, and a double berth in the saloon with lifting backrests and mattress.
