The 2018 Fountaine Pajot Motor Yacht 44 is a catamaran designed for serious cruising. Twin Volvo Penta D6 IPS 600 diesel engines with approximately 1,800 hours deliver 870 horsepower, achieving a cruising speed of 19 knots and a maximum of 25 knots. The semi-displacement hull provides stability and range, with a full fuel capacity of 528 gallons and a fresh water capacity of 185 gallons. Joystick docking control and multi-station electronic throttles simplify handling at all speeds.

The Maestro layout accommodates four cabins and four heads across two hulls. The owner's suite occupies the full beam of the port hull with a king bed, private vanity, generous storage, and ensuite head with separate shower. The starboard hull contains two guest cabins with private ensuite facilities. A forward bow cabin serves as an additional guest or crew berth. The main salon includes a U-shaped galley with Bosch cooktop and refrigerator, KoolMore oven, Farberware dishwasher, and dual stainless steel sink.
