2018 Galeon 640 Fly

This 2018 Galeon 640 Fly is a 64-foot fiberglass flybridge yacht powered by twin Volvo Penta D13 diesel engines rated at 1000 hp each, with straight shafts and bow and stern thrusters. The boat has seen light cruising on the Chesapeake Bay and features a Seakeeper stabilization system and Yacht Controller for ease of operation. Equipment includes a Viking rescue raft, dinghy rack, and sea stairs.

Recent maintenance reflects sustained care across multiple systems. In 2024, the boat received four new 4D engine room batteries and two new bow thruster batteries. A new Whale pump and float were installed in mid-2024, along with an extra loop pump and seawater pump. All zincs were replaced, bottom paint applied, port and starboard propellers changed out, shaft seals renewed, and cutlass bearings replaced. StarLink satellite internet was added in 2023, and new shore power cord ends and a fresh sump pump were fitted. At the time of listing, engine hours stand at 850 and generator hours at 1400.
