2018 Lagoon 380 S2

The 2018 Lagoon 380 S2 is a 38-foot cruising catamaran built for stable, efficient sailing in coastal and offshore conditions. Its wide beam and fiberglass hull deliver the platform's reputation for comfort and easy handling. Twin Yanmar 29hp diesel engines with 80-amp alternators provide reliable power, while the design emphasizes user-friendly operation with dual helm stations and well-organized sail controls. Signature vertical saloon windows flood the interior with natural light and offer excellent visibility underway.

The layout centers on a comfortable saloon and functional galley, with three cabins and two heads accommodating cruising crews. Storage is abundant throughout. The owner's cabin features a 4-inch custom-fit natural latex mattress with organic cotton cover, installed recently.

Recent maintenance includes a full bottom job in 2024 with epoxy barrier coat and bottom paint, plus sailDrive service. Two 16,000 BTU Crusair air conditioning units with soft starts and a separate 30-amp shore inlet support comfortable anchorages. Equipment additions include the Infinity Package with composite bimini, solar panels, and cockpit cushions; B&G 4G radar; Rocna 25kg anchor; and a galvanic isolator. The boat has been freshwater-based for the past two years and is hauled seasonally for storage in Hamilton, Ontario.
