This 2018 Lagoon 42 catamaran has been in the hands of just two owners since launch. The boat was originally delivered in France and sailed across the Atlantic to Florida. The current owner acquired it in 2019, and the yacht has never been chartered.
The 42-foot catamaran is powered by two Yanmar diesel engines producing 114 horsepower combined. It accommodates three cabins and three heads. The boat is equipped with a bowsprit and full downwind sail rigging including two winched systems in the cockpit, along with a Quantum cross-cut square-top mainsail (2022), standard Incidence self-tacking jib, and a North Sails Code 0 (2019). It has proven competitive in racing, winning the Lagoon class at the Texas Harvest Moon Regatta twice.
Upgrades and improvements include dual-capacity fuel and freshwater tanks, upgraded 100-pound stainless steel anchor with spare, electric Harken winches, flexofold folding propellers, a full cockpit and helm enclosure with teak flooring and table, cockpit cushions, and an outboard engine stand. The saloon and all three cabins feature air conditioning. Additional equipment includes a Splendide washer/dryer, LT 3100 satellite communications system, EPIRB, televisions, stereo, rope cutters, and extra propane tank. The bottom paint was renewed in November 2023.
