2018 Lagoon 42

The 2018 Lagoon 42 is a modern fiberglass catamaran built for comfortable cruising. She measures 42 feet in length with a 25-foot beam and carries twin Yanmar diesel engines producing 57 horsepower each. The boat features a spacious deck layout with sleek lines and is well-appointed with contemporary navigation and comfort systems throughout.

The interior accommodates eight guests across four cabins, each with its own head. The salon features shark brown upholstery and a double berth, with additional storage throughout. The cabin interiors are finished in Alpi walnut with Asburgo flooring and include leather bulkhead organizers. An 11-kilowatt Onan genset provides shore power independence, while an 11,000 BTU air-conditioning system maintains comfort in warm conditions.

Equipment is extensive and includes B&G navigation systems—a Zeus3 12-inch helm display, 4G radar, autopilot remote, VHF, and AIS transceiver. An MS Fusion audio system with cockpit speakers provides entertainment, and the boat carries a 300-liter auxiliary fuel tank. Additional service batteries provide extended power capacity, and electrical systems include a 40-amp battery charger and USB charging points in the cabins. The aft cockpit includes a built-in refrigerator and sun lounging cushions on the roof.

The catamaran comes equipped with an anchor set, mooring kit with dock lines and fenders, a dinghy with Honda outboard, and a stand-up paddleboard. An electrical maneuver winch simplifies deck operations, and a dinghy hoist system is fitted.
