The Neo 350 is a fast cruising and racing sailboat built in Italy with a 35-foot hull designed around the latest ORC and IRC racing rules. The boat combines a lightweight, high-performance structure with genuine cruising comfort. Her hull is fiberglass composite, and she features an innovative design where the cabin interiors form part of the structural framework rather than being added afterward—this approach increases rigidity and usable interior volume.
Below deck, the accommodation includes three cabins and a single head. The layout places a convertible dinette in the bow that functions as a cabin, with two further double cabins aft. The galley and bathroom sit amidships between the aft cabins and forward dinette. Construction uses light PVC-core composite materials throughout, with SeaDek non-slip EVA covering on both cockpit and cabin soles. Systems include pressurized fresh water, refrigeration, electric heads with holding tank, Mastervolt battery setup with integrated monitoring, and a B&G H5000 electronics package featuring dual Zeus plotters, autopilot, and integrated VHF, DSC, and AIS.
The boat is fitted with an upgraded carbon-fiber mast and boom, an ORC-optimized keel with CNC lead bulb, and a carbon rudder blade. The rig is supported by a Harken Quattro Performa winch package and includes a full North Sails and Banks wardrobe covering racing and cruising modes. A Volvo 30-horsepower diesel engine with saildrive gearbox and Gori folding propeller drives the boat, while an electric anchor windlass, composite pulpit, and aluminum stanchions complete the deck setup. The cockpit features twin helm pedestals with carbon wheels and ample working space.
