2018 Scout 251 XSS

The 2018 Scout 251 XSS is a 25-foot bay boat built from composite materials with a modified vee hull designed to handle varied water conditions smoothly. Powered by a single 300 horsepower Yamaha F300XCA outboard engine, it cruises at 27.8 mph and reaches a maximum speed of 49.5 mph. The boat accommodates up to 10 passengers and includes one enclosed head with a porta potty.

The boat is equipped with Sea Star hydraulic steering and a Sea Star hydraulic jack plate for precise control and shallow water operation. A Blade Shallow Water Power Pole and Minnkota trolling motor with 112 pounds of thrust provide additional anchoring and shallow-water capability. Bennett and Lenco trim tabs further refine handling across different conditions.

Comfort and convenience features include a Sunbrella bimini top and extended shade canopy, removable cushion package, lockable rod storage, and a transom live well. The Yamaha outboard has 842 operating hours and receives fresh water flushing. A 2022 aluminum Magic Tilt trailer is included.
