The 2026 Phoenix 921 Elite X is a 25-foot fiberglass bay boat built for serious anglers. It combines the speed and layout of Phoenix's tournament-proven designs with an elevated deck and thoughtful engineering. The boat sits on a tandem torsion axle trailer with dual disc brakes, 14-inch ELX wheels, and a Fulton F2 winch system.
The bow features an industry-leading electronics platform that accommodates up to three stacked graphs. The new E-Style console delivers visibility and control, while the all-new ProForm fiberglass seat base and EdgeForce performance seating provide comfort even in demanding conditions. A recessed trolling motor bezel keeps the deck clear and efficient. The hull is all-composite construction throughout.
Electronics include dual Lowrance HDS 9 Pro units at the bow and console, complete with NMEA harness, Point 1 antenna, and Active Image HD 2-in-1 transducer. A Minn Kota Fortrex 112 with 36-volt, 45-inch shaft powers the bow, supported by a 4-by-10 battery charger and the Phoenix E2 wiring system. A 12-inch adjustable jack plate with hole shot plate optimizes performance, while hydraulic tilt steering with trim provides precision at the helm.
The boat includes dual independent livewell systems, padded front deck, stainless steel slam latches on all compartments, LED courtesy and compartment lights, rod storage with buckles on the front deck and in a passenger-side rod box, under-seat net storage, and drop-in rear storage trays. Two bilge pumps rated at 1100 GPH each provide redundancy. A travel cover with anti-pooling support and quick-access cockpit drawer complete the package. The trailer offers a choice of tube or channel frame.
