2018 Solaris 55

The Solaris 55 is a modern performance cruising yacht built by Solaris Yachts in Aquileia, Italy. At nearly 55 feet with a composite hull, she combines high-performance sailing characteristics with refined cruising comfort. Power comes from a single Volvo Penta diesel engine, while a full Hall Spars carbon rig with carbon boom, rod rigging, and hydraulic systems (vang, backstay, outhaul, cunningham) drives her performance. The sail wardrobe includes a comprehensive Doyle Stratis collection comprising A2, A3, Code 0, and staysail.

Below deck, the interior features an elegant teak finish by Roseo Design with three cabins and two heads. The galley is finished with Corian countertops and premium appliances. Accommodation systems include a 21 kWh Mastervolt lithium battery bank with solar panels, a 7 kW inverter, and a Fischer Panda 8 kW generator. Climate control is provided by air conditioning, while independent operation is supported by a watermaker rated at 150 liters per hour and bow and stern thrusters from Side Power.

Navigation and onboarding systems are comprehensive: a B&G suite featuring Zeus3, H5000, Halo 20+, AIS, Inmarsat, and Fusion, plus Wi-Fi router. An exclusive digital PLC boat management system with integrated touchscreen allows monitoring and control of all onboard systems. The hull has been treated with high-tech antifouling film, an alternative to traditional paint designed for performance and low-maintenance upkeep.
