The 2019 Jupiter 43 SF is a center console built for serious offshore fishing and cruising. Powered by dual Mercury 400 V10 engines with 450 hours, the boat delivers robust performance across a range of speeds, supported by a full suite of modern navigation and fish-finding electronics including triple Garmin displays, radar, and high-definition sounder. Seakeeper 6 gyro stabilization, onboard diesel generator, and air conditioning ensure comfort in all conditions.

The layout centers on a spacious console with triple helm seating, electric backrest controls, and Release Marine rocket launcher and triple helm bench configuration for tackle and gear stowage. Dual dive doors with integral ladder access the water, while below-deck amenities include a Dometic freezer plate integrated into the under-mezzanine cooler. JL Audio handles the sound system throughout, anchored by six M6 10-inch subwoofers, multiple amplifiers, and a new Hertz Capri source unit.

The boat has undergone substantial recent attention. All upholstery was replaced in November 2025, with the audio system completely refreshed in mid-2025 and the 8-channel amplifier package renewed in May 2026. Overhead LED lighting was replaced the same month, and the engines received full service the week of May 11, 2026. Interior detailing was completed in early May 2026. The hull received its first bottom paint in August 2025 after years of lift storage. The Seakeeper stabilizer has logged fewer than ten hours since major service at 200 hours of operation.

Rigging includes 24-foot carbon fiber internal outriggers on Gemlux Bluewater bases, Lenco trim tabs, electric windlass, and comprehensive lighting with three Lumitec underwater units and an ACR spotlight. Communications gear comprises an Icom VHF with dual antennas, and onboard battery chargers support shore power connections. The fiberglass hull measures 43 feet in length with a 12.5-foot beam.
