2022 Midnight Express 43 Open

The 2022 Midnight Express 43 Open is a center console built on a fiberglass hull with a 12.5-foot beam. Powered by four Mercury 450R outboards producing 1,800 horsepower, the boat reaches speeds near 85 mph with a cruising efficiency of over 1.2 miles per gallon at 40 mph. The twin-step hull design emphasizes a dry ride and fuel efficiency.

The layout includes a full fiberglass U-shaped bow seating with a flush hatch that serves as a sun pad or table, helm seating, and full-beam aft seating. A cabin with air conditioning, separate head, and shower under the hardtop provide onboard comfort. The hardtop houses additional amenities and serves as mounting space for electronics.

This boat is extensively outfitted with a SeaKeeper 6 stabilization system and onboard generator, both installed in August 2024. Navigation and targeting equipment includes FLIR. A high-output audio system features ten midrange speakers, six 12-inch subwoofers, and four bullet speakers. Bow and stern thrusters, a dive door, and GOST security system are installed.

Fishing and diving capabilities are comprehensive: telescopic outriggers, numerous rod holders, two livewells, fishboxes, and dive tank storage. The Mercury engines are covered by a Platinum warranty through October 2027.
