2019 Lagoon 40

This 2019 Lagoon 40 catamaran is a four-cabin cruising platform built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin 90-horsepower Yanmar diesel engines with trim tabs. The boat measures 38.5 feet in length with a 21.9-foot beam, and cruises at 8 knots. The layout accommodates 12 berths across four owner cabins, two crew cabins, and convertible dinette seating, with five heads throughout.

Interior finishes feature Alpi Walnut joinery with Asburgo flooring and snow-white PVC upholstery in the saloon. The galley includes a gas cooktop and electric oven, while refrigeration consists of a 130-liter main fridge and matching freezer, plus an additional ice box. A Victron inverter, 40-amp battery charger, dual 140-amp service batteries, and 300-liter supplementary water tank support extended cruising. Entertainment systems include a Fusion USB player with salon and exterior speakers, while climate control includes cabin fans and predispositions for air conditioning and generator installation.

The navigation suite comprises a full B&G electronics package: a 12-inch Zeus display with European charts, 4G HD radar, VHF with dedicated helm repeater, and autopilot remote. Canvas work includes a 45-square-meter full-batten mainsail, auto-trimming jib, and lazy bag with lazy jacks. Deck equipment encompasses teak cockpit table and railings, dual boarding cleats, 20-kilogram primary and spare anchors with 75 meters of chain, dual SUP boards, and a custom TPC boarding ladder.

Recent maintenance spans 2023–2024 and includes command station canopy refit, sail service and lazy bag overhaul, mast and rigging inspection, through-hull examination, full hull polish, and routine engine servicing. Engine spares and service kits remain onboard.
