2019 Lagoon 40

This 2019 Lagoon 40 catamaran is a fiberglass cruising platform built for comfort and entertaining. Twin Yanmar diesel engines produce 90 horsepower each, representing an upgrade from the standard powerplant. The boat spans 38.5 feet in length with a 22-foot beam, providing the beam characteristic of the Lagoon range for interior volume and sea-keeping.

The interior features four double cabins plus a bow skipper's cabin, sleeping up to eleven people. Walnut wood cabinetry throughout lends a refined aesthetic to the saloon and sleeping quarters. Key systems include diesel heating, two electric heads with fixed shower door, shore water connection, and an inverter for AC power. Entertainment includes television, and navigation is supported by autopilot and integrated AIS transmitter and receiver.

Sail plan and handling equipment reflect serious cruising capability. The yacht carries a batten mainsail with single-line reefing, self-tacking jib, and gennaker for variable conditions. An electric anchor windlass and electric maneuvering winch reduce physical demands on deck. The cockpit is finished in teak and protected by a complete tent. Davits are mounted at a raised height to clear the outboard engine of the tender in seaways. A Highfield inflatable dinghy with outboard engine was added in 2024.
