2019 Lagoon 40

This 2019 Lagoon 40 is a 38.5-foot catamaran powered by twin 90-horsepower Yammer diesel engines. Built with a beam of over 22 feet, the design offers substantial deck space and stability. The boat has been owned by a single operator and is presented in excellent condition.

Accommodation comprises four cabins plus two crew cabins, along with four heads. The interior includes a large teak table in the cockpit in place of the standard composite version, a folding dinette, and wooden slats beneath the bed frames. Ventilation throughout is supported by installed fans.

The boat carries an extensive suite of systems and equipment. Power generation includes an inverter for 110-volt circuits. Fresh water management features both a watermaker and a supplementary water tank. The four heads are electrically operated. The anchor windlass is controlled from the wheelhouse. Other fittings include a television antenna and a Highfield tender with an aluminum keel. Additional teak work appears in the cockpit and swimming platform areas.
