2019 Ranger Tugs R-27

The 2019 Ranger Tugs R-27 is a 27-foot fiberglass trawler built for comfortable cruising and fishing. Powered by a Yamaha 300 hp outboard engine with a 9.9 hp kicker, it cruises at 15 knots and reaches a top speed of 35 knots. The boat carries 150 gallons of fuel and features a bow thruster to assist with docking. Equipment includes a Garmin chartplotter for navigation, Starlink satellite internet, and XM satellite radio.

The pilothouse offers a curved front windshield and overhead glass atrium for natural light and 360-degree visibility. The salon opens via aft glass bulkhead doors and multiple hatches and portholes for ventilation. The full galley includes a refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave, and a removable electric Kenyon grill. There is an enclosed head with shower.

Sleeping accommodations fit four to five people, with a spacious bow seating area and additional cockpit seating. The large swim platform extends the usable deck space. The design combines traditional trawler craftsmanship with modern conveniences, making it suited to extended coastal passages or weekend getaways.
