2019 Regulator 23

The 2019 Regulator 23 is a fiberglass center console built for both offshore fishing and casual cruising. Powered by twin 300-horsepower Yamaha engines, the boat delivers the stability and seating capacity for a full day on the water with friends or family.

The 23-foot design centers on fishing capability. It includes a 46-gallon fishbox and livewell, a 350-quart in-deck fishbox, and a transom tuna door for serious anglers. A rigging station and abundant storage round out the working layout. The T-Top features an integrated wraparound windshield that provides helm protection, while a factory-installed Garmin 16 Fish Package supports navigation and fish finding.

Comfort and entertaining receive equal attention. Built-in coolers, generous seating, and optional features—including a head with electric tank pump, through-stem bow roller with anchor windlass, watersports tow bar, and forward sun shade—make extended time aboard practical and enjoyable.
