2026 Sportsman Open 232 Center Console

The 2026 Sportsman Open 232 is a 23-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull with a single 250-hp Yamaha F250XB engine. Designed as a family fishing platform, it combines serious fishing capabilities with comfortable day-boat seating and storage. The boat features a 25-gallon aquarium livewell with high-speed pickup, four flush-mount and under-gunwale rod racks plus Gemlux rod holders, ample insulated storage including a 20-quart console cooler seat, and dedicated anchor storage fore and aft. A built-in swim platform with three-step ladder and self-bailing cockpit complete the functional layout.

The helm is outfitted with a Garmin GPSMAP 1243xsv multifunction display, VHF radio, and Apollo RA670 stereo with eight marine speakers. Navigation and switching are managed through Garmin electronics integration and a Maretron digital switching system. A Garmin GT12M transducer, dual battery configuration, hydraulic tilt steering, and integrated hard-top navigation lights support offshore operation.

Accommodations center on comfort and safety. The boat offers a deluxe leaning post with flip-up bolsters, helm pad, bow cushion set with bolsters, cockpit bolsters, and a rear fold-down seat.
