The Bali 5.4 is a 54-foot fiberglass catamaran built in 2020. This model is the flagship of the Bali range, powered by twin 160-horsepower diesel engines with cruising and maximum speeds of 8 and 12 knots respectively. The beam spans 28.67 feet, providing a broad, stable platform.

The layout accommodates six cabins and eight heads, providing generous sleeping and bathroom facilities for a large group or charter operation. The design emphasizes open, flowing interior spaces across approximately 1,350 square feet of usable area. The galley is fully fitted in an L-shaped configuration, and the boat features large windows throughout, along with the signature "Bali door" that characterizes this model line.
