The 2020 Blackwater 43 Sportfish is a center console built for offshore fishing and extended cruising. Powered by quad Mercury 450 R engines with approximately 125 hours, the boat delivers serious performance from its fiberglass hull. The engines retain warranty coverage through March 2026 with an option to extend three additional years.
The layout combines practical fishing capability with comfortable accommodations. Forward seating includes a deluxe lounge with backrests and storage, while the helm features triple chairs with a drop-down riser. The full cabin contains a day bed, head, sink, and overhead shower. Four insulated fish boxes, dual 65-gallon livewells, a tackle center with bait prep station, and fifteen rod holders across the transom support serious fishing operations. The boat also features a summer kitchen with a pull-out cooler, multi-colored LED lighting throughout, and a dual actuated sunroof for versatility underway or at rest.
Standard equipment includes an oversized hard top with powder-coated frame, upgraded newer-style windshield, raw and freshwater washdowns, trim tabs, and a dive door. Fuel capacity reaches 778 gallons with 92 gallons of fresh water. A four-axle Rocket trailer is available with the boat.
Recent work includes new Sea Deck, new combing pads, an upgraded windshield, and a full system inspection by Blackwater. The boat has been stored indoors and dry, with no bottom paint applied. An optional quad-axle Rocket trailer is available.
