2020 Elan Impression 45.1

The 2020 Elan Impression 45.1 is a modern cruising sailboat built in fiberglass with a 42.65-foot hull and 13.71-foot beam. Powered by a single 50 hp Volvo diesel engine with a bow thruster, it offers straightforward handling and fuel efficiency. The yacht carries a 240-liter fuel tank and 650 liters of fresh water. New sails were installed in 2025—both the mainsail and genoa roll furling systems—ensuring the rigging is current and well-maintained.

The interior accommodates four cabins with eight permanent berths plus two convertible berths in the saloon, allowing for up to ten guests. Two heads with showers serve the accommodation. The galley is fully equipped with a gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and hot water system. The saloon features a modern layout with entertainment options including a Fusion radio, TV, sound system, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Deck and cockpit spaces are thoughtfully appointed. A fold-down table with drink holders, cushioned seating, and a bimini top create comfortable outdoor living. The stern platform with swimming ladder and dinghy davits facilitate water access. Navigation and safety systems are comprehensive, with GPS chart plotter, autopilot, radar reflector, electronic charts, echosounder, wind instruments, VHF radio, liferaft, and fire extinguishers. The electrical system includes air conditioning, heating, inverter, battery charger, and 220V shore power connectivity. Recent interior refurbishment in 2026 included new flooring and renewed furniture throughout.
