2020 Excess 11

This 2020 Excess 11 is a composite catamaran 40 feet in length with a 22-foot beam, powered by twin Yanmar diesel engines of 60 hp each. The three-cabin layout divides the hulls between owner and guest spaces: the starboard owner's hull features a master cabin with an integrated office and large ensuite, while the port guest hull holds two double cabins and a separate head with shower. A second full head serves the common areas.

The galley is well-appointed with a two-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and cooktop, all powered through a 3 kW inverter. The saloon includes custom furnishings, window treatments, and a Fusion sound system. Navigation and electronics are comprehensive: a Raymarine XL GPS with radar overlay and AIS, two autopilot displays, and two multifunction screens support cruising and coastal passage-making.

Sail plan includes a full-batten Triradial mainsail, self-tacking jib, and 104 square-meter code genoa on roller furling, with two electric winches and hardware provision for spinnaker options. Two 350-watt solar panels mounted on davits contribute to the independent power system alongside the engine charging. Water capacity totals 600 liters across two tanks; fuel capacity is 400 liters in two 200-liter tanks. Additional equipment includes a 3 kg washing machine and an inflatable tender with Suzuki 9.9 hp outboard motor.
