2020 Fountaine Pajot Saona 47

The 2020 Fountaine Pajot Saona 47 is a fiberglass catamaran designed for extended offshore cruising. At nearly 46 feet long with a 25-foot beam, it combines twin Yanmar 4JH57 diesel engines with a comprehensive electrical architecture built for self-sufficiency. The power system integrates a high-capacity Victron lithium battery bank, 2.375 kW of solar panels, hydro-generation, and a 12 kW Fischer Panda generator—enabling independent operation of air conditioning, watermaker, and domestic systems without reliance on shore power.

The boat accommodates three cabins and three heads across its generous catamaran platform. Navigation and communication equipment includes a full Garmin suite, Starlink connectivity, and Iridium satellite systems. The cockpit is fully enclosed, and the deck carries Flexiteek surfacing. Storage has been expanded throughout, and audio and visual systems have been upgraded. Redundant safety systems support offshore operation.
