2020 Hallberg-Rassy 57

The 2020 Hallberg-Rassy 57 is a fiberglass bluewater cruiser designed by German Frers and built for serious long-distance sailing in all climates. Hull number six of the latest generation, this yacht combines the classic Hallberg-Rassy concept—ease of handling, safety, and comfort at sea—with modern performance and design refinement. Twin rudders, a powerful lead keel, and a clean, uncluttered deck give the boat excellent control in all conditions. The hull features an integral bowsprit and a generously proportioned cockpit with twin wheels, protected and positioned for good visibility and headroom throughout the yacht.

Below, the three-cabin layout offers bright, spacious accommodation on a single level, with generous berths in the forward cabin, starboard cabin, and owner's suite aft. The interior is finished in European oak joinery with teak trim. Three heads serve the accommodation. The galley is seagoing with ample workspace, and the engine room is soundproofed and easily accessed for maintenance of the Volvo Penta D4-175 diesel engine.

Equipment throughout reflects a comprehensive specification suited to independent cruising. Power systems include a Mastervolt lithium battery package, dual Mastervolt inverter chargers, and an Onan 17.5kw diesel generator.
