2021 Discovery 58

This 2021 Discovery 58 is a fiberglass sailing yacht built to exacting bluewater standards. At 58 feet with a 16.75-foot beam, she is powered by a single 150-horsepower Yammer diesel engine, capable of 8 knots cruising speed and 9 knots maximum. The yacht carries a comprehensive sail wardrobe from Doyle Stratis, mounted on a Selden mast with custom carbon furling boom and supported by high-spec Dyneema running rigging.

The deck and systems reflect a no-compromise approach to ocean cruising. Atlas carbon davits, JP3 cable steering for direct helm response, twin autopilots, and a full suite of bluewater navigation and safety equipment are all fitted. The air conditioning system is uprated and capable of running overnight on battery power, supporting long-term autonomous operation.

Below deck, the yacht offers four cabins and two heads, arranged to maximize comfort and functionality for extended voyages. The layout and accommodation spaces were optimized during the build to meet the owner's specific requirements for world cruising. Every component—from the mast to the keel—was carefully selected and upgraded where possible to ensure reliability and performance on ocean passages.
