The 2020 Lagoon 46 is a purpose-built catamaran designed for extended cruising and charter operation. This 151-foot, 26-foot beam fiberglass hull carries twin 57-hp Yanmar diesel engines, supported by an 11-kW Onan generator and a 120-litre-per-hour watermaker. Power systems include a 400-watt flexible solar panel, inverter, and 220V and 12V outlets throughout. The boat is equipped with five air conditioning units totaling 52,000 BTU, autopilot, and full instrumentation.
Accommodation consists of four double guest cabins and two single crew cabins, with four electric heads—one en-suite to each guest cabin. The saloon features a television, and the galley is fitted with three refrigerators, one freezer, and multiple coffee makers. The cockpit has teak decking, a convertible table that transforms into a double berth, integrated shower, and cushioned seating. A swimming ladder and dinghy with outboard complete the setup, along with snorkelling and SUP equipment.
This example has been configured to charter specification with every system typically found in commercial operations: full air conditioning, watermaker, generator backup, and the flexibility of the owner-version 4+2 cabin layout. The boat carries solar capacity and inverter support alongside traditional power, and comes equipped with navigational and comfort systems ready for immediate use.
