This 2020 Leopard 45 catamaran is a three-stateroom, three-head cruising platform built on a fiberglass hull and powered by twin Yanmar 4JH45 diesel engines with saildrive transmission. The design balances offshore capability with refined comfort, featuring a clean deck layout suited to short-handed sailing with twin electric winches at the raised helm station. Twin Yanmar engines with 705 hours sit ready for powered passages or station-keeping.

The interior is organized across three staterooms and three heads, with ample natural light throughout from overhead hatches and hull-side windows. The salon offers views across the galley and settee, while forward and aft cockpits extend the living space—both fully enclosed with Breezy Canvas covers and optional zip-out screens. The aft cockpit can be heated via a five-zone Webasto hydronic system. Owner accommodations include an upgraded queen mattress in the master stateroom and an expanded holding tank for that head. The galley features a propane stove and oven, an upgraded refrigerator with ice-maker, and a Breville convection oven. Amenities include an LG washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, pressure hot and cold water, and dimmable overhead lighting throughout.

A comprehensive refit in 2024–2025 modernized the boat's systems. Four Victron 330-ampere lithium batteries replaced older lead-acid units, paired with twin Victron inverter-chargers and monitoring. Solar generation comes from 1,308 watts across six panels with dedicated Victron controllers. The Northern Lights 7kW generator (372 hours) ensures independent power. Raymarine electronics include dual Axiom multifunction displays, AIS, radar, and autopilot. Starlink provides satellite internet. Heating and cooling span two Dometic 16,000 BTU air-conditioning units and the Webasto diesel heater. A Ecosystems Waterpro watermaker supplies fresh water.

The boat carries substantial cruising gear: a 77-pound Ultra anchor (2024) with 330 feet of chain, electric capstan windlass, and Mantus bridles. Deck hardware includes a Highfield RIB dinghy with Honda outboard and custom center console (2022), davits, and paddle-board rack. Safety equipment includes a liferaft, EPIRB, and MOB recovery device. Z Spars mast and boom with Profurl headsail furler and Antal mainsail track support efficient sail handling.
