2020 Nautor Swan 48

The 2020 Nautor Swan 48 is a 48-foot cruising sailboat designed by Germán Frers with a fiberglass hull and a beam of 15 feet. The yacht features a Volvo D2-75 saildrive engine producing 74 horsepower and carries a displacement of 15,000 kg with a 5,200 kg ballast. The rig includes a full-batten, boom-furling mainsail with a main sail area of 77 square meters, a furling non-overlapped jib of 62.5 square meters, and a staysail, along with a furling asymmetrical spinnaker setup. A comprehensive Rigone sail package is included with multiple headsails for varying wind conditions. Cruising speed is approximately 8 knots.

The interior employs Swan Soul mood finishes throughout, with oak bulkheads and furniture in satin varnish. The saloon features electrically adjustable dining table and navigation desk, custom oak floorboards, and coordinated Sunbrella upholstery in sky blue and gold tones with leather accents. The accommodation includes an owner's cabin with additional hull windows and manual blinds, twin aft cabins with a convertible double in one, plus forward and aft heads equipped with 24-volt electric flush toilets. A galley, navigation area, and generous social spaces complete the interior layout.

Mechanical systems include a Schenker Smart 100 watermaker, Webasto air conditioning and dual heating systems (4kW and 2kW), an 8kVA diesel generator, and a Side-Power bow thruster. The electrical system features a Victron lithium-ion battery (400Ah) with battery monitor, upgraded to 24-volt configuration. Fresh water capacity is 500 liters and fuel capacity is 360 liters.

Navigation and entertainment equipment includes B&G Triton displays, Zeus3 multifunction displays on both pedestals, a 24-inch radar antenna, B&G autopilot, VHF radio with wireless handset, AIS transponder, and a Fusion marine stereo system. Deck enhancements include dual electric Harken winches, self-tacking jib system, teak coaming strips, Sunbrella canvas work with bimini and sun awning, folding boarding stanchions, and 80 meters of galvanized anchor chain.
