2020 Regulator 31

The 2020 Regulator 31 is a center console built on a fiberglass hull, 31 feet long with a 10-foot beam. Twin Yamaha 300 hp engines power the boat, equipped with joystick control and Setpoint (Skyhook) for precise handling. The engines have logged only 365 hours, with a full 300-hour service completed in summer 2025.

The cockpit is designed for serious fishing, featuring a livewell, fishboxes, and a large tackle center. The boat comes standard with a T-top, integrated wraparound windshield, and SureShade cockpit shade. Additional comfort features include forward seat backrests, starboard boarding, and a dive door. Outrigger bases have been added to the boat.

Electronics include Garmin displays with the factory offshore package, newly updated in 2026. The hull is finished in custom wasabi green gelcoat. The boat has been kept on a lift when not in use and all services are current.
