2023 Grady-White Canyon 326

The 2023 Grady-White Canyon 326 is a 31-foot fiberglass center console built for serious offshore fishing and family cruising. Twin Yamaha 300-horsepower outboards with approximately 402 hours deliver a comfortable cruise at 26 knots, and Helm Master EX joystick control provides responsive handling. The boat reaches speeds up to 43 knots. Electronics include dual Garmin 8616 multifunction displays, Garmin open-array radar, and Sionyx night vision. A triple-axle aluminum trailer is included.

The layout works as both a fishing platform and family boat. The helm station features three individual captain's chairs behind a curved acrylic windscreen, with additional seating on a fold-down transom bench and a double-wide forward console seat. The bow has removable cushions and a filler insert that converts to a sunpad. Storage is extensive: dual live wells, a 318-quart transom fish box, a 152-quart fish box under the leaning post, twin 180-quart insulated boxes beneath the forward bow seating, lockable tackle drawers, and a dedicated tackle storage garage.

The spacious console head compartment offers over six feet of headroom and includes a sink, VacuFlush head, and teak accents. The mast system has outriggers and deep drop electric outlets for trolling. Additional features include a rigging station with freshwater sink, Fusion premium stereo, SeaDek flooring throughout, and vertical rod storage. The boat has been routinely serviced since entering service in late 2023, with approximately 400 hours accumulated primarily from offshore trolling and bottom fishing operations out of Cape Canaveral.
