The 2020 Skeeter FXR21 Limited is a 21-foot fiberglass bay boat built with composite construction and a reinforced Torque Transfer transom and stringer system. Powered by a single 250-horsepower Yamaha engine, it delivers the performance and durability expected of this platform. The hull features stretched sponsons and a no-splashwell design for improved handling and a drier ride.
The cockpit is laid out for both comfort and fishing capability. Full-flex sport seating with bolstered cushions includes a custom center seat with an integrated ice chest door and additional storage beneath. Two bike seats on power-rise pedestals provide flexible seating options. The command center houses digital gauges and an analog push-button switch panel, with a bow panel containing trim and light controls. Storage includes a wet floor locker, modular console space, and a passenger glove box.
For electronics and fishing, the boat is equipped with dual Helix G3N 12 CHIRP MEGA SI GPS units with networking and temperature sensing—one in the dash and one at the bow. An integrated rod storage system, removable tackle storage, and a custom bump stick holder keep gear organized. The engine features a 12-inch manual jackplate, hydraulic tilt steering, and a hot-foot throttle with slide and pro trim. Gas-assisted lifts operate front and rear storage compartments, rod boxes, a day box, and bilge access.
A Skeeter-built FXR Touring trailer is included with the boat. The trailer features tandem torsion axles with dual disc brakes, channel frame construction, fiberglass reinforced plastic fenders with steps, a swing-away tongue with step, and a Fulton F2 jack-stand and winch. Backup lights and a bow step ladder complete the package.
