2020 Xquisite Yachts X5 Sail

This 2020 Xquisite X5 is a 50-foot composite catamaran designed by Rudolf Jonker and built by Phoenix Marine Manufacturing. Twin Yanmar 4JH80 diesel engines with SD60-4 saildrives power the boat, supported by a Fischer Panda 12kW generator. The yacht carries substantial long-range cruising systems: a Mastervolt lithium house bank charged by twelve 190-watt solar panels, dual Mastervolt inverter/chargers, and a Schenker Zen 150 watermaker. A Czone Vessel Management System integrates onboard electronics, which include a complete Garmin suite with radar, autopilot, wind instruments, and VHF, along with Starlink connectivity.

The interior combines contemporary design with practical liveaboard comfort. A private owner's suite to starboard features an island berth, vanity, seating, and generous storage. Two additional queen cabins to port each have their own head and shower. The main saloon is defined by oak lime wash joinery and panoramic windows. The aft cockpit is large and well-arranged with integrated seating, tables, and a wet bar, while a raised port helm station offers commanding visibility.

Climate control includes full air conditioning throughout and a custom 12-volt system for the owner's stateroom offering up to 20 hours of operation without external charging. Additional features include a washer/dryer combo, electric davit system, Gori folding propellers, a 60-kilogram anchor, and an AB Inflatables 12AL tender with 25-horsepower Yamaha outboard. All soft goods were replaced in 2025, and the boat is accompanied by an extensive spares inventory.
