2021 Outremer 51

The 2021 Outremer 51 is a fiberglass catamaran 51 feet long with a 24.83-foot beam, powered by twin 100 hp Volvo Penta diesel engines. The four-cabin layout includes two heads and sleeps multiple occupants. Factory options include optimized foam core construction and a convertible salon table. Current engine hours stand at 2,185 on each engine.

The yacht carries an extensive suite of electronics and navigation equipment: dual Garmin Zeus 3s displays (12" at helm, 16" at navigation station), B&G Nemesis and Triton 2 units, Fusion stereo, Cortex VHF, and an LTE router. Propulsion features include a carbon fixed mast with Kevlar shrouds, a hydranet square head mainsail, downwind gennaker with furler, code 0 with rigging, and spinnaker rigging. A 33kg Rockna Vulcan anchor with 10mm chain, backup Danforth anchor, folding three-blade prop, and windlass controller at helm and remote complete the setup.

Onboard systems include three 200 amp-hour lithium ion batteries with dual 2,750W boosters, 1.3kW of solar panels, a 100L/hour watermaker, two electric freshwater heads, a 16,000 BTU air-conditioning unit, and 110v wiring for 30 and 50 amp shore power. Additional features include an eight-person life raft, B&G electronics, mechanical steering with carbon tillers, bow seats, cockpit cushions, external blinds, oak linewood flooring, and an extra foldable berth in the forward starboard cabin.

Recent upgrades completed in November 2025 include new bottom paint, engine service, sail drive service, new navigation lights, new B&G Zeus3 display at helm, new spin halyard, new air conditioning through-hull, new mainsail cover, fiberglass propane tank upgrade, Starlink, IridiumGo satellite system, Man Overboard Module, upgraded boom gooseneck, new Antal roller bearing batten car system, new cockpit enclosure, cockpit speakers, and a Seagull water purifier.
