The 2021 Bali 4.2 is a 40-foot catamaran built in fiberglass, powered by twin 45 hp Yanmar diesel engines. The design prioritizes space and light, with open-plan accommodations that blend interior and exterior living areas. The saloon flows directly into the cockpit and foredeck, while a forward cockpit provides dedicated lounging and sunbathing space. A flybridge offers additional outdoor area and a helm station suitable for single or short-handed operation.

Below deck, the layout includes four cabins and four heads, providing comfortable accommodation for cruising or charter use. A separate shower area adds practical convenience. The boat features extra fuel and water tank capacity for extended passage-making.

Standard equipment includes an electric davit for launching and retrieving the tender, and automatic reefing systems for easier sail handling. The design balances comfort and sailing capability for both coastal cruising and longer voyages.
