The 2021 Class 40 Lift V2 is a fiberglass racing yacht designed by Marc Lombard and built using glass epoxy sandwich construction. At nearly 40 feet long with a 14.76-foot beam, the boat features a scow bow design engineered for fast, efficient sailing across all wind angles. The design has proven competitive at the highest levels, with fleet results including first and third place finishes in the 2022 Route du Rhum and second place in the 2022 Normandy Channel Race.
This example, hull number 169, was launched in 2021 and has been consistently dry-stored on its own cradle. The boat is equipped with a new Axxon carbon mast, NZ carbon rigging, Madintec instruments, and new North Sails. It has a single diesel engine and comes ready to sail.
