2021 Classic Wilson Watercar

This 2021 Wilson Watercar is a new-build classic inspired by 1930s Canadian custom design, built with contemporary methods and power. The boat measures 29 feet long with a 7.75-foot beam and is constructed from African mahogany over plywood laminate using the WEST system, with a reinforced triple-layer bottom. Twin 318 cubic-inch Chrysler V8 engines, both fully rebuilt with low operating hours, drive the boat through direct-drive Velvet Drive transmissions.

The layout follows the traditional triple cockpit configuration with multiple seating areas. Inside, a folding custom Bimini top in matching interior colors provides weather protection. The electrical system includes dual batteries with an onboard charger, and a depth finder is installed for navigation.

The boat has seen light use since its 2021 completion. A custom tandem-axle trailer with disc brakes is included, along with a lined road travel cover and a full lightweight storage cover.
