The Freedom 40 is a 2021 houseboat built on dual fiberglass pontoons, measuring 40 feet in length with a 14-foot beam. The single-bedroom, single-bath layout centers on a galley kitchen with plywood cabinetry, shaker-style doors, and quartz countertops fitted with an undermount sink. Stainless steel appliances include a propane cooktop, full-size refrigerator, and convection microwave. A Renai on-demand propane water heater supplies hot water, and the bathroom features a walk-in shower with Wilsonart wet-wall cladding and glass doors, plus a Raritan Elegance marine toilet connected to a 50-gallon black water tank.

The interior combines waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring with ship lap walls and a Meranti paneled ceiling, all installed over closed-cell spray foam insulation. The boat is wired for 30-amp 110-volt service with a smart-plug shore power connection and receives fresh water from an onshore supply line. Exterior materials emphasize durability: Everlast composite siding in flagstone color, VWD insulated windows with black frames, and PVC trim throughout. The bow, stern, and roof decking use Duradek in driftwood color, rated for 25 years, while aluminum railings with stainless steel cable complete the roof perimeter.

The boat comes fully furnished and includes an inflatable hot tub on the roof deck.
