The 2021 Freeman 42LR is a 42-foot center console powered by four Mercury V10 400 engines producing 1600 horsepower. The engines were repowered in 2025 and have accumulated under 250 hours, backed by a six-year Platinum warranty extending to March 2032. New propellers were also installed as part of the repower.
The boat is equipped for serious fishing and navigation. Electronics include dual Garmin GPSMAP units (an 8624 and 8612), a Garmin 1224 xHD2 4-foot open array radar, AIS 800 transponder, SIONYX camera, and E-Rigger antennas. The helm features an Optimus 360 joystick with Seastation integration. A 60-inch gap tower and new 2026 Marsh Tacky outriggers in the box are included.
Onboard amenities feature dual Llebroc bucket seats with shock pedestals at the helm, a rear-facing seat, an extra-large tackle station, and a custom rear swim platform with ladder. The cooling system includes a Seafrost chill plate setup with dual compressors, dryer, dual plate configuration, stainless steel hoses, temperature sensors, and thermostat. Lighting throughout comprises multicolor LED under-gunwale strips, Lumishore sound-to-light underwater lights, a Lumitec LED Mirage dome light (capable of red, white, and blue colors), and a Lumitec LED razor spot light mounted on the hardtop.
Additional features include three outlet sea chest, four under-gunwale plugs, a Reverso flush kit, and an upgraded March pump. A full tower package and multiple rigging options round out the configuration.
