2021 Lagoon 42

The 2021 Lagoon 42 is a fiberglass catamaran built for cruising comfort and performance. Twin Yanmar diesel engines deliver 114 horsepower each, paired with three-blade folding propellers for efficiency. The boat reaches a maximum speed of 10 knots and benefits from recent engine service, sail drive maintenance, and bottom paint completed in November 2024.

The interior spans three cabins and three heads, finished in walnut with thoughtful layouts. The owner's cabin features custom storage furniture instead of a sofa, maximizing usable space. The galley includes a microwave, 26-gallon freezer, and cockpit refrigerator. An Onan 13.5 kW generator, 110-volt 2000-watt inverter, and gel battery system support onboard power needs. Reverse-cycle air conditioning with 48,000 BTU capacity maintains comfort in varied climates. Electrical fresh water conversion handles the toilet system.

Navigation and control are managed through dual B&G 12-inch displays at both helm and nav stations, with autopilot remote capability. An electrical maneuvering winch assists with sail handling, supported by a Dacron square-top mainsail, Code 0 rig, and pole. USB outlets are installed throughout the cabin for device charging.

Deck and tender equipment includes foredeck sun lounging cushions and a Highfield 340 dinghy powered by a 20 horsepower Honda outboard.
