This 2021 Leopard 45 is a fiberglass catamaran with a 45-foot hull and 24-foot beam, powered by twin 90-horsepower Yanmar diesel engines. The design features a hardtop lounge—a layout introduced for the first time on the 45 model that year—with integrated seating, a sunbed, and table accessible via floating stairs from the aft cockpit. The helm station remains sheltered within the main cockpit area. A forward cabin door opens to an additional seating zone, and the boat carries a comprehensive electronics suite including a Raymarine 9-inch chartplotter, autopilot, depth and wind transducers, VHF radio, and Fusion stereo system.
The accommodation includes five cabins and five heads arranged in a traditional catamaran layout. The galley features a propane stove and oven, microwave, and dual refrigeration—a Vitrifrigo fridge and freezer combination plus an additional fridge in the aft cockpit. A Sea Recovery watermaker produces 31 gallons per hour. Climate control is provided by two 16,000-BTU Dometic air conditioning units, one of which was replaced in 2025. Power systems include a Northern Lights 9-kilowatt generator, a 2.7-kilowatt Magnum inverter and charger, and 200 watts of solar panels. Two 30-amp 110-volt shore power connections are installed.
The boat is equipped with an electric dinghy davit, a 12-foot AB inflatable, and a 15-horsepower Tohatsu outboard. A new mainsail was added; the existing sail remains serviceable. Recent work includes new perforated vinyl window shades fitted in July 2025, a new helm enclosure installed in September 2025, and bottom paint and engine and generator service completed in July 2025. Engine hours as of November 2025 were 2,242 on the port engine and 2,352 on the starboard; the generator had 7,225 hours.
