The 2021 Leopard 45 is a three-cabin catamaran built in fiberglass with two 90 hp Yanmar diesel engines. This 45-foot boat has a beam of 24 feet and cruises at 7 knots. Delivered in 2021 and owned privately since, it has logged approximately 1,500 engine hours and has never been chartered.
The owner's version accommodates three cabins and three heads. Power systems include over 2,400 watts of professionally installed solar panels, six lithium batteries, a Victron 5000-watt inverter, and dual inverters for 110-volt appliances. Two 12,000 BTU Mabru air conditioning units operate independently of a generator. The boat carries a watermaker, Balmar high-output alternators, and Starlink Marine connectivity with a dedicated saloon cabinet installation. Interior amenities include a washer-dryer combination installed in the owner's shower cabinet, television in the owner's suite, cabin fans, USB outlets throughout, hatch covers with mosquito nets, and multiple AC outlets.
On deck, the boat features folding propellers, an electric handheld winch, a BBQ grill, and a dedicated LPG locker for two gas bottles. Anchor setup includes 250 feet of G4 chain and a Spade anchor installed in 2023. A six-seat center console tender with a 25 hp four-stroke outboard engine, electric tilt, and electric start is included with a new anchor.
Engines were serviced and the bottom was repainted in November 2025. The boat is configured for extended autonomous cruising with minimal generator reliance.
